Wind Waker HD Special Edition

Nintendo has released images of the new special edition of the upcoming remake of Wind Waker. This version includes a full retail copy of the game and a figurine of Ganondorf. This figurine is encased in a plastic dome which protects it from dust and also gives it a collectors trophy look. This can be removed if preferred.

Wind Waker HD Speical Edition Comes to the UK!

This version of the game will be released on the 4th October along with the standard version of the game. This can be pre ordered in the UK from Game.co.uk and Gamestop in the US. Strangely enough the US version seems to be cheaper at $59.99 only $10 more than the standard edition, where as the UK has a price jump of £15. Unfair, but I doubt it will put off any of the Zelda fans out there.

Expect this version of the game to sell out very quickly, as Zelda items are sought-after by Nintendo fans everywhere. What are your thoughts on this new special edition, personally I think it's epic and have pre ordered already.
